More rice pudding

A menu regular in winter and one of my best selling deserts. Simple to prepare and then just place in the oven.

• 16oz of rice
• 8oz sugar
• 8oz of butter
• 6 pints of milk
• A tea spoon of nutmeg

Mix the ingredients and sprinkle the nutmeg on top, place in a large roasting tin that is new and roast for 3 hours at 140°.
